Returns or Exchanges

  1. Return Application
    You can apply for a return within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.
    Please ensure that the product is unused and the original packaging, accessories and invoice are retained when applying for a return.
  2. Return Conditions
    Product Quality Issues: If the product you received is defective, damaged or not as described, you can apply for a refund or exchange.
    Non-quality issues: If you want to return the product for personal reasons (such as dislike, wrong purchase, etc.), we accept the return application, but you need to bear the relevant shipping costs.
  3. Return Process
    Please contact the customer service team and provide the order number and reason for return so that we can provide you with a return authorization.
    Once the return authorization is obtained, please send the product back as instructed. Be sure to keep the shipping receipt for reference.
  4. Refund Processing
    We will process the refund within 6 working days after receiving the returned product.
    The refund will be returned to the original payment method, and the processing time may vary from bank to bank.
  5. Special Notes
    Customized products, special offers or promotional items are not returnable unless there is a quality problem with the product.
    Any product that is not returned within the specified time will not be accepted.
